Jeremy Maltby Dip NDEA level 4 has a background of over 25 years as a commercial property consultant. Since training with Richard Ellis and Rapleys he has dealt with instructions throughout the UK for a wide range of developers, occupiers, landlords and institutions.

Jeremy specialises in ‘compliance’ for there are several areas which have to be addressed before a building can go to market. Many of these are statutory and include Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), asbestos and fire safety surveys.

With over 3 million sq. ft. of surveys under his belt, clients can be confident that this area will be handled with a pragmatic and common sense attitude balanced with attention to detail and efficient turnaround.
